Emily Limmer, MD

Emily Limmer, MD, is a board-eligible dermatologist at Limmer Dermatology in San Antonio, TX. Born and raised in San Antonio, she attended college at Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, where she received bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Spanish. She returned to Texas to complete her medical education at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, where she was selected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for her academic achievements. After interning at UT Southwestern, she completed her dermatology residency training at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she served as chief resident. 

Dr. Emily enjoys seeing patients of all ages for a wide variety of skin concerns, including chronic inflammatory skin conditions such as atopic dermatitis and psoriasis as well as skin cancer screenings. She seeks to build a relationship of trust with her patients and align on treatment goals for optimal management of their dermatologic concerns. 

In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family. She looks forward to spending years to come serving patients at Limmer Dermatology!
